1 Bulkhead

With bracket mounting

2 Gasket

Replace

Between the bracket and bulkhead

Self-adhesive

Glue on mounting bracket

3 Bracket

For clutch pedal

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Mounting Bracket ] Mounting Bracket

4 Bolt

5 Over-Center Spring

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Over-Center Spring ] Over-Center Spring

6 Bushing

7 Pivot Pin

8 Clutch Pedal

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Clutch Pedal ] Clutch Pedal

9 Mounting Clip

For clutch master cylinder actuator rod

10 Oil Seal

Replace

Between the clutch master cylinder and the bracket

11 Clutch Master Cylinder

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Clutch Master Cylinder ] Service and Repair

12 Clutch Position Sensor (G476)

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Clutch Position Sensor (G476) ] Service and Repair

Can be tested in "Guided Fault Finding" with the vehicle diagnostic tester.

13 Retaining Clip

To remove and install the hose/line assembly, pull the clip out to the stop

14 Supply Hose

To brake fluid reservoir

Made out of rubber or plastic, depending on the model

Supply hose made of plastic with extra seals, refer to => [ Vehicle with a Plastic Supply Hose ] Hydraulics Overview

15 Nut

20 Nm

Replace

For the bracket on the bulkhead

Quantity: 3

Self-locking

16 Nut

25 Nm

Replace

Self-locking

17 End Stop

For clutch pedal

Crash Brace - Tightening Specification





There is no crash brace - 2 - on older versions.

- Mount the crash brace - 2 - and tighten with one or two bolts - arrows B -, depending on the design.

M8 20 Nm
