1 - Pressure Sensor

• The component is called a differential pressure sensor (G505).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Differential Pressure Sensor (G505) ] Differential Pressure Sensor (G505)

• After replacing, perform an adaptation

2 - Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor (G40)

• 10 Nm

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor (G40) ] Service and Repair

3 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) (G39) with Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Heater (Z19)

4 - Engine Control Module (ECM) (J623)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Engine Control Module (ECM) (J623) ] Service and Repair

5 - Injector

• Component location => [ Fuel Injectors ]

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Injectors ] Removal and Replacement

6 - Charge Pressure Actuator Position Sensor (G581)

7 - Pressure Retention Valve

• The check valve always maintains a residual pressure (control quantity) of approximately 10 bar in the fuel return lines.

• The fuel injectors require this control quantity to function correctly.

• The check valve can be replaced only with the complete fuel return lines.

• The engine must run at idle for approximately two minutes after replacing to bleed the fuel system.

8 - Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (N276)

• 80 Nm

9 - Wastegate Bypass Regulator Valve (N75)

• Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) sensor 3 (G495) connector

10 - Connector

• For Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 1 (G235)

• For Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) (G39)

11 - Mass Airflow (MAF) Sensor (G70)
