Removal








AUDIO / VISUAL: REAR PACKAGE TRAY SPEAKER: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Removal
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
NOTE:
After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
(a) for Standard Body:
(1) Remove the rear door scuff plate LH Removal.
(b) for Long Body:
(1) Remove the rear door scuff plate LH Removal.
4. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
(a) for Standard Body:
(1) Remove the rear door scuff plate RH Removal.
(b) for Long Body:
(1) Remove the rear door scuff plate RH Removal.
5. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY
(a) for Power Seat:
(1) Remove the rear seat Removal.
(b) for Ottoman:
(1) Remove the rear seat Removal.
(c) for Fixed Seat:
(1) Remove the rear seat Removal.
6. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH Removal
7. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH Removal
8. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH Removal
9. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH Removal
10. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY Removal
11. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (W/ Sunshade) Removal
12. REMOVE STEREO COMPONENT SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the speaker connector.
(b) Remove the 4 bolts and speaker.
NOTE:
Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
