Radiator and Fan Shroud
Radiator and Fan Shroud
• The radiator and fan shroud can only be removed and installed together.
• It is not possible to remove the Air Conditioning (A/C) condenser from the radiator with the refrigerant pipes still connected on new models. This is described under "version 2".
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
• Used Oil Collection and Extraction Device (V.A.G 1782) for vehicles with S-Tronic transmission 0B5
• Engine Bung Set (VAS 6122) for vehicles with S-Tronic transmission 0B5
• Drip Tray for VAS 6100 (VAS 6208)
Removing
