Secondary Air Injection System Overview
1 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (V101)
• Installed location: at right front in engine compartment below the longitudinal member
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (V101) ] Service and Repair
• Checking in Guided Functions using a vehicle diagnostic tester

• For AIR pump motor
3 Nut
• 9 Nm
4 Nut

• From air filter housing
7 O-ring
• Replace
8 Hose
• To AIR combi-valves
9 O-ring
• Replace

• From the AIR pump motor
2 Gasket
• Replace

• 9 Nm
4 Vacuum Hose
5 Right AIR Combination Valve

10 Left AIR Combination Valve

11 Vacuum Hose
12 Bolts
• 9 Nm
13 Gasket
• Replace
Left Secondary Air Combination Valve Heat Shield - Tightening Specification
- Tighten the heat shield bolts - arrows - - 1 - to 9 Nm.
Right Secondary Air Combination Valve Heat Shield - Tightening Specification
- Tighten the heat shield bolts - arrows - - 1 - to 9 Nm.
