Removing






• When installing, bring all cable ties back to same positions.

- Remove the left front wheel.

- Remove the connectors - 1 and 2 - from the bracket at the back of the left cylinder head and move them to the side.

• Ignore - 3 -.

- Remove the bolts - arrows - and the heat shield - 1 -.






- Remove the bolts - 3 - for the secondary air hose.






- Remove the vacuum line - 2 - from the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) combination valve.

- Remove the bolts - 1 - and remove the AIR combination valve.

Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

Tightening specifications, refer to:

• => [ Secondary Air Injection System Overview ] Service and Repair

• => [ Left Secondary Air Combination Valve Heat Shield - Tightening Specification ] Service and Repair

• Replace the gasket.

- Install the left front wheel.
