1 Rear seat backrest, 2/3 right

• without pass-through opening

• If equipped

2 Center armrest bracket

• with hinges

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Center Armrest Bracket with Hinges ] Center Armrest Bracket With Hinges

3 Cover

• Clipped into the trim for the center armrest

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Center Armrest Trim ] Center Armrest Trim

• Press on until it engages audibly

4 Screws

• Quantity: 4

• Self-locking

• Replacing

• Threaded holes for screws must be cleaned, for example, with thread cutter

• 11 Nm

5 Bolt

• 4 Nm

6 Trim

• For center armrest

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Center Armrest Trim ] Center Armrest Trim

• Install and press on it until it audibly latches

7 Trim

• For center armrest

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Center Armrest Trim ] Center Armrest Trim

• Check the hook for damage and replace if damaged

• Install and press on it until it audibly latches

8 Rear center armrest

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Rear Center Armrest ] Rear Center Armrest

9 Bolt

• 0.9 Nm

10 Bolt

• 4 Nm

11 Rivet

• Rivet using special pop rivet pliers (V.A.G 1753A)

12 Nuts

• Quantity: 2

• Self-locking

• Replacing

• 8 Nm

• Without pass-through opening

• If equipped

2 Center armrest bracket

• With hinges

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Center Armrest Bracket with Hinges ] Center Armrest Bracket With Hinges

3 Cover

• Clipped in the storage compartment

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Storage Compartment In Rear Center Armrest ] Storage Compartment In Rear Center Armrest

• Press on until it engages audibly

4 Screws

• Quantity: 4

• Self-locking

• Replacing

• Threaded holes for screws must be cleaned, for example, with thread cutter

• 11 Nm

5 Storage compartment

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Storage Compartment In Rear Center Armrest ] Storage Compartment In Rear Center Armrest

• Install and press on it until it audibly latches

6 Bolt

• 4 Nm

7 Cover

• For storage compartment

• Version with a storage compartment; cannot be replaced separately

8 Rear center armrest

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Rear Center Armrest ] Rear Center Armrest

9 Bolt

• 4 Nm

10 Rivet

• Rivet using special pop rivet pliers (V.A.G 1753A)

11 Nuts

• Quantity: 2

• Self-locking

• Replacing

• 8 Nm

• For the cupholder

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Cup Holder Trim ] Cup Holder Trim

• Press on until it engages audibly

2 Cup holder

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Rear Center Armrest Cupholder ] Rear Center Armrest Cupholder

• Install and press on it until it audibly latches

3 Rear center armrest

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Rear Center Armrest ] Rear Center Armrest

4 Hood

• For the pass-through opening

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Pass-Through Cover ] Pass-Through Cover

5 Rear seat backrest, 2/3 right

• With pass-through opening

• If equipped

6 Cover frame

• For the pass-through opening

• Clipped into the rear seat backrest

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Pass-Through Frame ] Pass-Through Frame

• Press on until it engages audibly

7 Bolt

• Quantity: 2

• Secured to the bracket with a permanent lock washer - 8 -

• 8 Nm

8 Locking washer

• For bolt - item 7 -

• Quantity: 2

9 Bracket

• For center armrest

• Cannot be replaced separately

10 Bolt

• Quantity: 4

• Self-locking

• Replacing

• Threaded holes for screws must be cleaned, for example, with thread cutter

• 11 Nm

11 Lower center cushion

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Lower Center Cushion ] Lower Center Cushion

• Engage the cushion to the pass-through door and press on it until it clicks into place
