1 Radiator, Charge Air Cooler Circuit

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Radiator, for Charged Air Cooler Circuit ] Radiator, for Charged Air Cooler Circuit.

• Change the coolant after replacing.

2 Radiator

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Radiator ] Radiator.

• Change the coolant after replacing.

3 Charge Air Coolant Pump (V188)

• Overview, refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Overview ] Coolant Pipes Overview.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Charge Air Cooling Pump V188 ] Charge Air Cooling Pump V188.

4 4/2-Way Valve with Thermostat

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ 4/2-Way Valve with Coolant Thermostat ] 4/2-Way Valve with Coolant Thermostat.

• With the thermostat and engine coolant temperature sensor on radiator outlet.

• Thermostat removing and installing. Refer to => [ Coolant Thermostat ] Coolant Thermostat.

• Engine coolant temperature sensor on radiator removing and installing. Refer to => [ Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet G83 ] Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet G83.

5 Coolant Pump

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Coolant Pump.

6 Charge Air Cooler

• Water cooled.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Charge Air Cooler ] Charge Air Cooler.

7 Cylinder Head and Cylinder Block

• Change the coolant after replacing.

8 Engine Oil Cooler

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Engine Oil Cooler ] Engine Oil Cooler.

9 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler

• Change the coolant after replacing.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler ] Service and Repair.

10 Coolant Expansion Tank

• With sealing cap.

• Checking the pressure relief valve in the cap. Refer to => [ Cooling System, Checking for Leaks ] Testing and Inspection.

11 Heater Core

• Change the coolant after replacing.

12 Transmission Oil Cooler

• For the Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG(R)).

• Change the coolant after replacing.

13 Engine Preheating Element (Z97)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Engine Preheating Element Z97 ] Engine Preheating Element Z97.
