SEAT BELT: REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
* A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Attach the 2 guides and temporarily install the rear seat 3 point type outer belt retractor with the bolt labeled A.

NOTICE:
When installing the retractor, make sure the guides of the vehicle only contact the installation areas of the retractor.

(b) Temporarily connect the rear seat 3 point type outer belt shoulder anchor with the bolt labeled B.

(c) Temporarily connect the rear seat 3 point type outer belt floor anchor with the bolt labeled C.

(d) Check that the rear seat 3 point type outer belt is not twisted.

(e) Tighten the 2 bolts labeled A and B.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

(f) Tighten the bolt labeled C.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
Do not allow the rear seat 3 point type outer belt floor anchor to overlap the protruding part.

5. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH Installation

6. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH

(a) When installing the rear seat outer belt RH:

Install the deck trim side panel RH Installation.

7. INSTALL LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Installation

10. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH Installation

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

12. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

(a) When installing the rear seat outer belt RH:

Install the separate type rear seatback assembly RH Installation.

13. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Installation

14. INSTALL FRONT DECK FLOOR BOX Installation

15. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH Installation

16. INSTALL JACK ASSEMBLY Installation

17. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH Installation

18. INSTALL BACK DOOR SCUFF PLATE Installation

19. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY Installation

20. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation
