SEAT BELT: REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

1. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 2 guides and temporarily install the rear center seat outer belt retractor with the nut.

NOTICE:
When installing the retractor, make sure the guides of the rear seatback frame only contact the installation areas of the retractor.

(b) Tighten the nut.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

(c) Pass the rear center seat outer belt floor anchor through the rear seatback frame.





(d) Attach the 2 claws to close the shoulder belt cover.





2. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH Reassembly

3. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP Reassembly

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER Reassembly

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly

6. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER LH Reassembly

7. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear center seat headrest.

8. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the rear seat headrest.

9. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH Installation

10. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

11. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Installation

12. INSTALL FRONT DECK FLOOR BOX Installation

13. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH Installation

14. INSTALL JACK ASSEMBLY Installation

15. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH Installation

16. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY Installation

17. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation
