FUEL FILLER LID OPENER

FUEL FILLER OPENER CABLE : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove hood lock control cable assembly from instrument lower panel (LH). Without Intelligent Key System.





2.Remove fuel filler lid opener cable (2) from fuel filler lid opener lever (1).
3.Remove front kicking plate inner (LH) and rear kicking plate inner (LH and RH). Kicking Plate Inner.
4.Remove dash side finisher (LH). Dash Side Finisher.
5.Remove center pillar lower garnish (LH). Center Pillar Lower Garnish.
6.Remove luggage side lower finisher (RH). Luggage Side Lower Finisher.
7.Remove fuel filler lid opener cable from fuel filler lid lock assembly. Without Intelligent Key System.





8.Disengage each harness protector (1), and then remove fuel filler lid opener cable (2).
9.Remove fuel filler lid opener cable fixing clips, and then remove fuel filler lid opener cable.

INSTALLATION

Note the following item, and install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
After installation, check fuel filler lid assembly open/close, lock/unlock operation.
