Installation
AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (for Rear Side): INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the cooling unit with the 4 bolts.
Torque : 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
When installing the drain hose, make sure the marking is as shown in the illustration.
(b) Connect the clamp and connector.
2. CONNECT AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY
(a) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the tube.
Compressor oil:
ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
(b) Install the 2 O-rings to the tube.
(c) Connect the 2 tubes with the 2 bolts.
Torque : 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)
(d) Attach the 3 claws to install the cover.
3. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER AIR DUCT
(a) Attach the 3 claws to install the duct.
4. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.
5. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 AIR DUCT
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the duct.
6. INSTALL REAR NO. 5 AIR DUCT
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the duct.
7. INSTALL ROOF SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT LH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.
(b) Install the clip.
8. INSTALL ROOF SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT RH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.
(b) Install the clip.
9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH Installation
10. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH Installation
11. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Installation
12. INSTALL TOOL BOX (w/o Spare Tire)
13. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Spare Tire)
14. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT Installation
15. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation
16. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH Installation
17. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH Installation
18. INSTALL ROPE HOOK Installation
19. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Installation
20. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
21. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER
(a) Attach the 2 clips to install the cover.
22. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
(a) w/ Rear Sunshade:
Install the package tray trim panel Installation.
(b) w/o Rear Sunshade:
Install the package tray trim panel Installation.
23. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH
(a) for Standard Body:
Install the roof side garnish inner Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the roof side garnish inner Installation.
24. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH
(a) for Standard Body:
Install the roof side garnish inner Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the roof side garnish inner Installation.
25. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH
(a) for Standard Body:
Install the rear seat side garnish Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the rear seat side garnish Installation.
26. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
(a) for Standard Body:
Install the rear seat side garnish Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the rear seat side garnish Installation.
27. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
(a) for Standard Body:
Install the rear door scuff plate Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the rear door scuff plate Installation.
28. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
(a) for Standard Body:
Install the rear door scuff plate Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the rear door scuff plate Installation.
29. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.
30. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.
31. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Type)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.
32. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
33. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Installation
34. ADD COMPRESSOR OIL Service and Repair
35. CHARGE REFRIGERANT Service and Repair
36. WARM UP ENGINE Service and Repair
37. CHECK FOR LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT Service and Repair
38. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
