Removal





CELLULAR COMMUNICATION: TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA CORDS: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Removal

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
* w/ Navigation System (for HDD):
After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

Waiting Time before Disconnecting Cable from Negative (-) Battery Terminal:





* When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal

5. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL Removal

7. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET Removal

10. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY WITH BRACKET

(a) w/o Navigation System:

Remove the display and navigation module display with bracket Removal.

(b) w/ Navigation System:

Remove the display and navigation module display with bracket Removal.

(c) for HDD Navigation System:

Remove the display and navigation module display with bracket Removal.

11. REMOVE TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA CORDS (ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY)

(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(b) Detach the clip and remove the antenna cord.





12. REMOVE TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA CORDS (ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY) (w/o Display)

(a) Disconnect the 3 connectors.

(b) Detach the clip and remove the antenna cord.





13. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) w/o Rear Entertainment System:

Remove the front console box assembly Removal.

(b) w/ Rear Entertainment System:

Remove the front console box assembly Removal.

14. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the front seat assembly RH Removal.

15. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

(a) for Power Seat:

Remove the rear seat assembly Removal.

(b) for 4-Passenger with Ottoman:

Remove the rear seat assembly Removal.

(c) for 5-Passenger with Ottoman:

Remove the rear seat assembly Removal.

(d) for Fixed Seat:

Remove the rear seat assembly Removal.

16. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

(a) for Standard Body:

Remove the rear door scuff plate RH Removal.

(b) for Long Body:

Remove the rear door scuff plate RH Removal.

17. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH Removal

18. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH Removal

19. REMOVE TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA CORDS (NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY) (for Standard Body)

(a) Disconnect the connectors labeled A.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts labeled B.

(c) Detach the 4 clips labeled C.

(d) Detach the 4 clamps labeled D from the floor stud bolts.

(e) Detach the 4 clips labeled E and remove the antenna cord.





20. REMOVE TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA CORDS (NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY) (for Long Body)

(a) Disconnect the connectors labeled A.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts labeled B.

(c) Detach the 5 clips labeled C.

(d) Detach the 4 clamps labeled D from the floor stud bolts.

(e) Detach the 4 clips labeled E and remove the antenna cord.
