DESCRIPTION

* This DTC is stored when the MOST network cannot be established after the master unit is activated.





* *1: w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System

* *2: w/ Disc Player Assembly

* *3: for 4-Passenger with Ottoman

HINT
* MOST network cannot be established.
* Errors may occur in MOST communication between devices due to problems such as electrical noise.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK MOST LINE

(a) Enter the "System Check" Operation Check.





(b) Check the result on the "System Check Mode" screen.

* When "NCON" is displayed for more than 1 item, proceed to the step for the device that has the smallest node position number.
* The "System Check Mode" screen can be displayed only when DTC B15D0 is stored.

2. CHECK MOST COMMUNICATION CONNECTOR

(a) Check the MOST communication line connectors of the display and navigation module display and stereo component amplifier assembly Electronic Circuit Inspection Procedure.

(b) Display the "System Check Mode" screen and check the result Operation Check.

When the malfunction in the MOST network is repaired, the screen cannot be changed to the "MOST Line Check" screen.

3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (WAKE UP SIGNAL)

(a) Disconnect the R60 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

(a) Disconnect the L113 radio receiver assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the R60 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

OK -- REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Removal

5. CHECK MOST COMMUNICATION CONNECTOR

(a) Check the MOST communication line connectors of the display and navigation module display and radio receiver assembly Electronic Circuit Inspection Procedure.

(b) Display the "System Check Mode" screen and check the result Operation Check.

HINT
When the malfunction in the MOST network is repaired, the screen cannot be changed to the "MOST Line Check" screen.

(b) Disconnect the L113 radio receiver assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK -- REPLACE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY Removal

8. CHECK MOST COMMUNICATION CONNECTOR

(a) Check the MOST communication line connectors of the stereo component amplifier assembly and television display assembly Electronic Circuit Inspection Procedure.

(b) Display the "System Check Mode" screen and check the result Operation Check.

When the malfunction in the MOST network is repaired, the screen cannot be changed to the "MOST Line Check" screen.

11. CHECK MOST COMMUNICATION CONNECTOR

(a) Check the MOST communication line connectors of the disc player assembly and television display assembly Electronic Circuit Inspection Procedure.

(b) Display the "System Check Mode" screen and check the result Operation Check.

(a) Disconnect the R16 rear seat console box assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the R59 television display assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

14. INSPECT REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the rear seat console box assembly Removal.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Removal

OK -- REPLACE TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY Removal

15. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION DISPLAY - DISC PLAYER)

(a) Disconnect the R62 television display assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the R64 disc player assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY Removal

16. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER - STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER)

(a) Disconnect the L113 radio receiver assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the R60 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

17. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY - RADIO RECEIVER)

(a) Disconnect the L115 display and navigation module display connector.

(b) Disconnect the L113 radio receiver assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

(b) Disconnect the R59 television display assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

19. INSPECT REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the rear seat console box assembly Removal.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK -- Continue to next step.

20. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX - TELEVISION DISPLAY)

(a) Disconnect the R16 rear seat console box assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the R59 television display assembly connector.

(c) Disconnect the L115 display and navigation module display connector.

(d) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

21. CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

(b) Check for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.

OK:

No DTCs are output.

NG -- REPLACE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY Removal

OK -- USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK Electronic Circuit Inspection Procedure

22. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISC PLAYER - TELEVISION DISPLAY AND DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY)

(a) Disconnect the R64 disc player assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the R62 television display assembly connector.

(c) Disconnect the L115 display and navigation module display connector.

(d) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

23. CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

(b) Check for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.

OK:

No DTCs are output.

NG -- REPLACE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY Removal

OK -- USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK Electronic Circuit Inspection Procedure

24. CHECK HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY)

(a) Disconnect the R60 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.

(b) Disconnect the L115 display and navigation module display connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

25. CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

(b) Check for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.

OK:

No DTCs are output.
