ATF Pipes, ATF Cooler and ATF Pre-Heater Overview







ATF Pipes, ATF Cooler and ATF Pre-Heater Overview






1 Bolt

20 Nm

2 ATF Pre-Heater

Installed depending on the version

Removing and installing, refer to => [ ATF Pre-Heater ] ATF Pre-Heater

The cooling oil valve (N471) is installed in front of the ATF pre-heater

3 Bolt

8 Nm

4 ATF Pipes

5 Bolt

8 Nm

Insert the pipe all the way by hand before tightening

6 Bolt

8 Nm

7 Clip

Make sure it fits securely

8 ATF Cooler

Removing and installing, refer to => [ ATF Pipes and ATF Cooler ] ATF Pipes and ATF Cooler

9 O-rings

Replace

Coat with ATF

10 Clamping Pins

For the ATF pipes

11 Bolts

12 ATF Pipes

13 Union Nuts

14 O-rings

Replace

Coat with ATF

15 Thermostat

16 O-rings

Replace

Coat with ATF

17 O-rings

Replace

Coat with ATF

18 Bolt

8 Nm

19 Bolt

8 Nm

Insert the pipe all the way by hand before tightening

20 Bolt

25 Nm

Insert the pipe all the way by hand before tightening

21 ATF Pipe

22 Bolt

8 Nm

Insert the pipe all the way by hand before tightening

23 O-ring

Replace

Coat with ATF

Mounting ATF Pipes to the ATF Cooler





I - Mounting with Clamping Joint:

- Replace the O-rings and coat them with ATF.

- Insert the ATF pipe all the way into the ATF cooler by hand and then tighten it.

- Tighten the bolts - 1 - to 10 Nm.

II - Mounting with Threaded Connection:

- Replace the O-rings and coat them with ATF.

- Insert the ATF pipe all the way into the ATF cooler by hand and then tighten it.

- Tighten the union nuts - 2 - to 20 Nm.
