• After replacing, perform an adaptation
4 - Control Wire
• Control wire from the exhaust gas return cooler to exhaust pressure sensor 2 (G451)
5 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 (G450)
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 (G450) ] Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 (G450)
• After replacing, perform an adaptation

8 - Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 3 (G495)
• 45 Nm
• Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA)
9 - Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 2 (G448)
• 45 Nm
• Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA)
• Mark the installation position before removing
• Note installation position
10 - Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 1 (G235)
• 45 Nm
• Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA)
• Mark the installation position before removing

11 - Turbocharger
12 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) (G39) with Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Heater (Z19)
• 50 Nm
• Coat new oxygen sensors with an assembly paste
• On a used oxygen sensor, only the thread may be coated with hot bolt paste; Hot Bolt Paste, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA)
• Assembly paste or hot bolt paste must not get into the slits on the oxygen sensor body.

13 - Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor 4 (G648)
• 45 Nm
• Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA)
14 - Particulate Filter
• After replacing the particulate filter, perform an adaptation
15 - Oxygen Sensor (O2S) after Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWC) (G130) with Heater for Oxygen Sensor (O2S) 1 after Catalytic Converter (Z29)
• 50 Nm
• Coat new oxygen sensors with an assembly paste
• On a used oxygen sensor, only the thread may be coated with hot bolt paste; Hot Bolt Paste, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA)
• Assembly paste or hot bolt paste must not get into the slits on the oxygen sensor body.

• Attach to the exhaust to 45 Nm
• Secure to the pressure sensor using a hose clamp
• Do not change the angles of the control line
• Install without tension
