Leak Detection Pump (LDP) (V144)

Removing






- Remove the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister. Refer to => [ Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister ] Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister.

- Unclip the vacuum line bracket - 3 -.

- Remove the bolts - 1 -.

- Remove the LDP - 2 - from the EVAP canister.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ EVAP Canister and Leak Detection System Overview ] EVAP Canister and Leak Detection System Overview.

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

• Replace the gasket.

- Install the EVAP canister. Refer to => [ Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister ] Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister.
