Removal

Drain cooling system, draining, filling, and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding Service and Repair

Remove the Accessory Drive Belt Refer to: Auxiliary belt, B6324S5 Service and Repair






Note! Use suitable paper to absorb any escaping fluid.






Caution! The alignment procedure must be carried out in full even if only one part of the accessory drive component bracket has been removed.

Installation










1. Caution! Make sure that no components catch.

Note! Only tighten the bolt finger tight at this stage.

Caution! Take extra care when handling the component.

Caution! Only rotate the pulley anticlockwise.

3. Torque: M10, 50 Nm





Torque: Accessory Drive Component, adjusting screw, 1 Nm
Torque: Accessory Drive Component, adjusting screw, 4 Nm

Use: Allen key.





Torque: M10, 50 Nm





- Torque: M8, 24 Nm

- Torque: M10, 50 Nm





Torque: Accessory Drive Component, adjusting screw, 4 Nm
Torque: Accessory Drive Component, adjusting screw, 1 Nm

Use: Allen key.





Torque: M8, 24 Nm











Install the Accessory Drive Belt Refer to: Auxiliary belt, B6324S5 Service and Repair
