1 Cover Plate

2 Wheel Hub with Wheel Bearing

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Wheel Bearing Unit ] Wheel Bearing Unit

• Sensor ring for ABS is installed in wheel hub

• There are different versions.

• Allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog

3 Bolt

• 200 Nm + 180°

• Loosening and tightening, refer to => [ Threaded Connection Between Driveshaft and Wheel Hub, Loosening and Tightening ] Procedures

• Always replace if removed.

4 Bolt

• 12 Nm

5 Hex Socket Head Bolt

• 8 Nm

6 Left Front ABS Wheel Speed Sensor (G47) / Right Front ABS Wheel Speed Sensor (G45)

• Before inserting wheel speed sensor, clean inner surface of bore hole and coat with securing grease (G 000 650)

7 Bolt

• 70 Nm + 90°

• Always replace if removed.

Vehicle must not be standing on its wheels when loosening or tightening

8 Driveshaft

9 Wheel Bearing Housing

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Wheel Bearing Housing ] Wheel Bearing Housing

• With integrated brake carrier

• It is necessary to perform a vehicle alignment if the wheel bearing housing is replaced.

• Allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog

10 Wheel Bearing Housing

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Wheel Bearing Housing ] Wheel Bearing Housing

• With fastened brake carrier

• It is necessary to perform a vehicle alignment if the wheel bearing housing is replaced.

• Allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog
