- Clean the fuel injectors. Refer to => [ Fuel Injector, Cleaning ] Service Precautions.
- Carefully remove the old combustion chamber seal (Teflon seal) with the appropriate tool, for example, cut the seal open with a razor and spread the seal open with a small screwdriver and pull it forward and off. When doing this, make sure not to damage the groove - arrow - and circumferential rib in the groove base.

- Insert a new seal onto the assembly cone (T10133/5).
- Slide the seal as far as it will go onto the assembly cone (T10133/5) using the assembly sleeve (T10133/6).
- Rotate the assembly sleeve (T10133/6) and slide the seal onto the assembly cone (T10133/5).
- Place the assembly cone (T10133/5) on the fuel injector and slide the seal and the assembly sleeve (T10133/6) onto the fuel injector.
- Remove the assembly cone (T10133/5) and slide the seal into the groove and the assembly sleeve (T10133/6) into the groove.
- Press the sizing sleeve (T10133/7) with a slight turning motion (approximately 180°) onto the fuel injector until it stops.
- Pull the sizing sleeve (T10133/7) off again using a turning motion in the opposite direction.
- Press the sizing sleeve (T10133/8) with a slight turning motion (approximately 180°) onto the fuel injector until it stops.
