Gear Shift Unit Overview






1 Bushing

• For the gear shift shaft.

• Removing and installing, refer to - item 16 - in => [ Transmission Housing Overview ] Transmission Housing Overview.

2 Gear Shift Unit

• Consisting of the gear shift shaft and the gear shift cover.

• The components cannot be separated from each other.

• Can be removed and installed with the transmission installed.

3 O-ring

• Always replace.

• Insert in the groove in the gear shift cover.

• Install using transmission fluid.

4 Cap

• For transmission ventilation.

5 Bolt

• Always replace.

• For the gear shift unit to the transmission housing.

• Tightening specification, refer to - item 16 - in => [ Transmission Housing and Shift Unit ] Transmission Components Overviews.

6 Selector Shaft Seal

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Selector Shaft Seal ] Selector Shaft Seal.
