Oil Pressure Switch F1/Reduced Oil Pressure Switch F378

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Socket 24 mm and Jointed Extension (T40175)

Removing

- Remove the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler pump. Refer to => [ EGR Cooler Pump V400 ] EGR Cooler Pump V400.






- Loosen the hose clamp - 2 -, remove the coolant hose and move it to the side.

• Ignore - 1, 3 and 4 -.








- Disconnect the connector - arrow - from the oil pressure switch or reduced oil pressure switch.

- Remove the oil pressure switch using the socket 24 mm and jointed extension (T40175).

Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Replace the seal.
