EGR Cooler Pump V400

Removing

- Drain the coolant. Refer to => [ Coolant, Draining ] Coolant, Draining.

- Disconnect the connector - 2 -.






- Remove the bolts - 1 -.

- Remove the coolant hoses, to do so, loosen the hose clamps - arrows -.

- Remove the EGR cooler pump with the engine lifting eye.

- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the EGR cooler pump from the engine lifting eye.






Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Pump Overview ] Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Pump Overview.

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

- Fill the coolant. Refer to => [ Coolant, Filling ] Coolant, Filling.
