Installation





CLUTCH: CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the clutch accumulator assembly to the transaxle assembly with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 12 Nm (120 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

(b) Install the clutch hose with a new clip (C).





(c) Temporarily install the bleeder to accumulator tube and accumulator to flexible hose tube.

(d) Using a union nut wrench, tighten the 4 union nuts (B).

Torque : 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
Use the formula to calculate special torque values for situations where a union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench Service Precautions.

(e) Connect the clutch line clamp with the bolt (A).

Torque : 12 Nm (120 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
