2AR-FE COOLING: THERMOSTAT: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE CENTER ENGINE UNDER COVER Removal

2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER Removal

3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

4. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

Removal

5. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE Removal

6. REMOVE WATER INLET

(a) Remove the 2 nuts and water inlet.





7. REMOVE THERMOSTAT

(a) Remove the thermostat.

(b) Remove the gasket from the thermostat.
