Installation

SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the seat leg with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)

(b) Install the floor carpet with the 2 clips.

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

(a) Attach the claws to install the 2 lock hooks.

3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Place the seat in the cabin.





NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

(b) Tighten the 4 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

Torque : 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)

4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Place the seat in the cabin.





NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

(b) Tighten the 4 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

Torque : 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)

(c) Install the rear seat outer belt floor anchor with the bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

5. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD Installation

6. INSTALL CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR BRACKET

(a) Install the 3 brackets with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 19.6 Nm (200 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)

7. INSTALL CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR COVER

(a) Attach the 12 claws to install the 3 anchor covers.





8. INSTALL NO. 1 DECK BOARD Installation

9. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 2 seat cushion's rear hooks to the seatback frame.





(b) Insert the inner belts through the slits on the seat cushion.

(c) Attach the 2 seat cushion's front hooks to the rear seat cushion lock hooks.





(d) Confirm that the seat cushion is firmly installed.

10. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

11. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
