TF3 - Check OSS Circuit For Short to Ground

- Key Off.

- OSS disconnected.

- Breakout box installed, PCM disconnected.

- Measure resistance between Test Pin 84 and Test Pin 51 (GND) at the breakout box.

- Is the resistance less than 5.0 ohms?

YES -- SERVICE short circuit including resistor integrity, if applicable. REMOVE breakout box. RECONNECT all components. REPEAT transmission Drive Cycle. REFER to TF1. TF1 - Continuous DTC 0720: Perform Transmission Drive Cycle

NO -- GO to TF4. TF4 - Check OSS Circuit For Short to Power
