Preliminary jobs:
Glove compartment removed. Service and Repair
Lock cylinder for glove compartment removed. [1][2]Procedures






Screws (1)
Screw out (2 each).

Control cable (2) on deflection lever (3)
Unhook.

Control cable sleeve (arrow) on instrument panel
Pull out.

Lock (4)
Remove together with control cable (2). Observe installation note.

Install in reverse order.


Installation note





After installing the control cable adjust knurled nut to zero play, then check for proper function.
