Installation

SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM: REAR SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 3 claws and install the rear seat airbag assembly.





(b) Install the 2 bolts. Be sure to tighten bolt A before tightening bolt B.

Torque : 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

(c) Connect the connector.

NOTICE:
When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

2. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE Installation

3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT LH AND RH HEADREST ASSEMBLY

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Installation

6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

8. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
