Front Lamp Unit - Installation

NOTE: If replacing the front lamp with a new unit, the bulbs must be transferred.
1. Position the front lamp unit (1) close enough to the front of the vehicle to reconnect the Front End Module (FEM) wire harness connections to the back of the lamp housing.
2. Position the lamp to the FEM support structure on the front of the vehicle.
3. Install and tighten the screw (2) that secures the upper outboard mounting tab of the lamp housing to the FEM upper support cross member. Tighten the screw securely.

4. Install and tighten the two screws (1 and 3) that secure the front lamp unit (2) mounting tabs to the FEM support. Tighten the screws securely.
5. Position the front fascia bracket (5) onto the FEM support below the front lamp unit.
6. Install and tighten the two screws (4) that secure the front fascia bracket the FEM support.

7. Install and tighten the screw (2) that secures the outboard side of the front lamp unit (1) to the front fender forward of the front wheel opening.

8. Snap the side fascia bracket (1) onto the front fender forward of the front wheel opening.
9. Install and tighten the two screws (2) that secure the side fascia bracket to the front fender. Tighten the screws securely.
10. Engage the upper edge of the front fascia with the side and front fascia brackets on the same side of the vehicle as the front lamp unit being serviced. Front Bumper Fascia - Installation
11. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
12. Confirm proper headlamp alignment. Adjustments.
