DR-1J Automatic Idle Speed Motor Signal

1. With diagnostic read-out tool connected to engine test connector, place ignition switch in the Off position.
2. Disconnect electrical connector from automatic idle speed motor.
3. Connect a digital voltmeter between automatic idle speed motor electrical connector terminals 1 and 4.
4. Set digital voltmeter to AC voltage position.
5. Place system into ATM Test Mode 03.
6. If voltmeter is cycling between 0 to 6 volts approximately every 2 seconds, proceed to Test 1 step K. DR-1K Automatic Idle Speed Motor Signal
7. If voltmeter is not cycling, proceed to Test 1 step L. DR-1L AIS Motor Signal at Logic Module
