Rearview Camera (R189)

The rearview camera is installed in the handle button in the rear lid.

- Turn off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

The rearview camera has a trailing cable. The vehicle wiring harness couplings are located in the rear lid.

- Remove the rear lid trim panel..

- Remove bolt - 1 -.






- Remove retaining plate - 2 -.

The rearview camera is secured in the cover strip.

- Remove the rearview camera from the cover strip with a suitable tool.

- Unlock and disconnect the connectors - 1 and 2 - inside the rear lid.






Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.

- Close the rear lid.

- Perform a calibration. Refer to => [ Rearview Camera System, Calibrating ] Rearview Camera System, Calibrating.
