Front Driveshaft Overview

• General repair information; refer to => [ Repair Information ] Transfer Case 0BU, Front Final Drive 0BM, 0C1 and 0BN, Rear Final Drive 0B (0C8A,0BNH,0BPH,0BMV,0C1V Transmission).

• The driveshaft CV joint may only be moved without force and only as far as their stops, which is a 10° angle.

• Do not make any repairs to the driveshaft.






1 Transfer Case

• Pay special attention to the color coding on the driveshaft's flange

2 Front Driveshaft

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Front Driveshaft ] Front Driveshaft

3 Securing Ring

• Replace

• Diameter: 23 mm

• Color: Silver

4 O-ring

• Replace

• Diameter: 23 mm

• Color: green

5 Front Final Drive

• Assembly overview => [ Front Final Drive Overview ] Front Final Drive Overview

6 Bolts

• Replace

• 30 Nm plus an additional 90° turn

• Quantity: 6

7 Lock Plate
