Front Vehicle Level Sensor

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1410)

Removing






- Disconnect the connector - 2 -.

- Remove the nut (not illustrated) from the mount - 3 -.

- Remove bolt - 1 -.

- Remove the level control system sensor - 4 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Sensor lever must point toward front.

• Guide the retaining hook on the sensor bracket into the subframe.

Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Upper Transverse Link, Tie Rod and Lower Transverse Link Overview ] Upper Transverse Link, Tie Rod and Lower Transverse Link Overview.

- Adapt the control position, refer to => [ Self-Leveling Suspension Control Position, Programming with Vehicle Diagnostic Tester ] Testing and Inspection.

- Perform a basic setting on the headlamp.
