Left Charge Air Cooling Circuit Radiator

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Hose Clamps Up to 25 mm Dia. (3094)

Drip Tray (VAS 6208)

Hose Clip Pliers (VAS 6362)

Removing

- Remove the front noise insulation - 1 -.






- Remove the left front wheel spoiler - 2 -.






- Remove the bumper cover end plate - 3 -.






The bumper is not shown in the following illustrations.

- Remove the air duct - 1 - - arrow -.






- Place the (VAS 6208) under the left front charge air cooling circuit radiator.






- Disconnect and remove the coolant hoses and the (3094) , to do this, loosen the hose clamps - arrows -.

- Remove the bolts - 2 -.

- Remove the left charge air cooling circuit radiator - 1 - upward from the bracket.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Radiator Overview ] Radiator Overview.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model, refer to the Parts Catalog.

- Remove the bumper cover end plate.

- Install the left front wheel spoiler and noise insulation.

- Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] Service and Repair.

All of the coolant must be changed if the radiator was replaced.
