Headlamp Housing Repair Set, Installing

• Headlamp cover mounts that have broken off can be replaced by installing the repair set. Completely replacing the headlamp is not necessary.

• There are different repair kits for left and right headlamps. Refer to Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

Procedure






• Tightening specification, refer to => [ LED Headlamps Overview ] LED Headlamps Overview.

- Remove the headlamp with the broken mount. Refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

- Remove and rest of the broken mount on the headlamp housing.

- Position the mount - 2 - from the repair kit on the headlamp housing - 3 - and tighten the screw - 1 -.
