Headlamp Housing Mount

Removal






- Remove the headlamp housing: HID headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing, LED headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

- Slide the clamp - 1 - for the headlamp housing in the "closed" position.

- Remove the ventilation hose - 3 - from the mount.

- Remove the bolts - arrows -.

- Remove the headlamp housing mount - 2 -.

Installation

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing Bracket and Mount Overview ] Headlamp Housing Bracket and Mount Overview.

- Mount the headlamp housing mount and then tighten the bolts hand-tight.

- Install the headlamp housing: HID headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing, LED headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

- Align the headlamp housing according to the body contour gap dimensions.

- Tighten the bolts - arrows -.

- Check gap dimensions again, repeat adjustment of gap dimensions if necessary, as described above.

- Adjust the headlamp. Refer to => [ HID Headlamp, Adjusting ] HID Headlamp, Adjusting or => [ LED Headlamp, Adjusting ] LED Headlamp, Adjusting.
