• 1.5 Nm

• Quantity 3

2 Headlamp Power Output Stages

• Only for vehicles with cornering lamps.

• Left Headlamp Power Output Stage (J667) or Right Headlamp Power Output Stage (J668)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Power Output Stage (J667)/(J668) ] Headlamp Power Output Stage (J667)/(J668).

3 Screw

• 1.5 Nm

• Quantity 3

4 Daytime Running Lamp and Parking Lamp Control Module

• Left daytime running lamp and parking lamp control module (J860) , Right daytime running lamp and parking lamp control module (J861)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Daytime Running Lamp and Parking Lamp Control Module ] Daytime Running Lamp and Parking Lamp Control Module.

5 Ventilation

• For headlamp housing.

6 Headlamp Housing

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

7 Screw

• 4.5 Nm

8 Bulb

Headlamp without dynamic cornering lamp

• Left stationary cornering lamp (M51) , Right stationary cornering lamp (M52)

• This bulb is solely an all weather bulb on a headlamp without a cornering lamp

• 12 V, 35 W (H8)

• Bulb, replacing, refer to => [ Static Cornering Lamp Bulb, All Weather Bulb ] Static Cornering Lamp Bulb, All Weather Bulb.

Headlamp with a dynamic cornering lamp

• Left stationary cornering lamp (M51) , Right stationary cornering lamp (M52)

• 12 V, 55 W (H7)

• Bulb, replacing, refer to => [ Static Cornering Lamp Bulb ] Static Cornering Lamp Bulb.

10 Front Turn Signal Lamp

• Left front turn signal bulb (M5) , Right front turn signal bulb (M7)

• 12V, 24 W

• Bulb, replacing, refer to => [ Front Turn Signal Lamp Bulbs ] Front Turn Signal Lamp Bulbs.

• 4.5 Nm

13 Gas-Discharge Lamp

• With integrated ignition coil

• Left HID headlamp bulb (L13) , Right HID headlamp bulb (L14)

• 42 V, 35 W (D3S)

• Bulb, replacing, refer to => [ HID Headlamp Bulbs ] HID Headlamp Bulbs.

14 Housing Cover

• For gas discharge lamp.

15 Screw

• 6 Nm

16 Ventilation Hose

• For headlamp housing.

17 Ventilation

• For headlamp housing.

18 Gasket

19 HID Headlamp Control Module

• Left High-intensity Gas Discharge Lamp Control Module (J343) and Right High-intensity Gas Discharge Lamp Control Module (J344).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ High-intensity Gas Discharge Lamp Control Module (J343)/(J344) ] High-Intensity Gas Discharge Lamp Control Module (J343)/(J344).

1 Headlamp Housing

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

2 Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor

• Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)

• Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V49)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)/(V49) ] Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)/(V49).

3 Screw

• 2 Nm

• From the repair kit for the headlamp range control positioning motor cover.

• Quantity 2

4 Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor Housing Cover

• The headlamp housing must be cut open to replace the positioning motor

• A housing cover can be ordered to seal the assembly opening. Refer to Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)/(V49) ] Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)/(V49).
