Tower Brace

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Pry lever (80 - 200)






Removing






- Remove plenum chamber cover. Refer to => [ Plenum Chamber Cover ] Plenum Chamber Cover.

- Remove the expanding rivet - arrow - using pry lever (80 - 200).

- Remove the nut - 2 - and unclip the cover - 1 -.

- Remove the bolts - arrows - from the plenum chamber bulkhead.






- Remove bolts - 1, 2 and 3 -.

- Remove the tower brace.

Installation

• For the correct tightening specifications, refer to => [ Tower Brace Assembly Overview ] Tower Brace Assembly Overview.

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Install the plenum chamber cover. Refer to => [ Plenum Chamber Cover ] Plenum Chamber Cover.
