Dual Mass Flywheel and Sealing Flange, Transmission Side Assembly Overview






1 Bolt

• Replace

• 60 Nm plus an additional 90° turn

2 Dual Mass Flywheel

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Dual Mass Flywheel ] Dual Mass Flywheel

• Assembly is only possible in one position because of the offset holes

3 Sensor Wheel

• For engine speed sensor (G28)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Transmission Side Sealing Flange ] Service and Repair

4 Engine Speed Sensor (G28)

5 Bolt

• 4.5 Nm

6 Fitting Pin

• 2 pieces

7 Intermediate Plate

• Be careful not to damage or bend it when installing.

• Installing

8 Sealing Flange, Transmission Side

• With seal

• Replacing, refer to => [ Transmission Side Sealing Flange ] Service and Repair.

9 Bolt

• Tightening specification and sequence

Installing Intermediate Plate

- Attach the intermediate plate to the sealing flange - upper arrow - and then push it onto the alignment pins - lower arrows -.
