Removal and Replacement






Washer Fluid Reservoir, Lines and Nozzle Overview






1 Bolt

2 O-ring

Replace if damaged.

3 Sealing Grommet

Replace if damaged.

4 Washer Fluid Fill Neck

For the washer fluid reservoir.

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Washer Fluid Reservoir Filler Neck ] Washer Fluid Reservoir Filler Neck.

5 Support Ring

6 Nut

Threaded connection shared with the tower brace.

7 Cover

For the fill neck.

8 Washer Fluid Line

For the windshield washer system.

9 Right Spray Nozzle

Depending on equipment, with the right washer nozzle heater (Z21).

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Spray Nozzles ] Spray Nozzles.

Adjusting, refer to => [ Windshield Spray Nozzles, Adjusting ] Adjustments.

10 Left Spray Nozzle

Depending on equipment, with the left washer nozzle heater (Z20).

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Spray Nozzles ] Spray Nozzles.

Adjusting, refer to => [ Windshield Spray Nozzles, Adjusting ] Adjustments.

11 Washer Fluid Reservoir

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Washer Fluid Reservoir ] Washer Fluid Reservoir.

12 Headlamp Washer System Pump (V11)

13 Sealing Grommet

14 Washer Fluid Line

For the headlamp washer system.

15 Retaining Ring

For the windshield washer pump (V5).

16 Windshield Washer Pump (V5)

20 Windshield Washer Fluid Level Sensor (G33)

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Windshield Washer Fluid Level Sensor (G33) ] Service and Repair.

Washer Fluid Reservoir, Tightening Specification and Sequence





- Tighten the washer fluid bolts - 3 and 4 - in the sequence specified:

- Tighten the bolt - 3 - to 7 Nm.

- Tighten the bolt - 4 - to 7 Nm.
