Panoramic Glass Roof Moving Panel Position Adjustment

The front fixed glass panel (A) should be even with the edge protector (B) on the moving glass panel (C), to within 0+0/-2 mm (0+0.00/-0.08 in), and the distance between both glass panel edges should be 8±1 mm (0.31±0.04 in), along the entire front edge. And the rear fixed glass panel (D) also should be even with the moving glass panel, to within 1±1 mm (0.04±0.04 in), and the distance between both glass panel edges should be 8+1.5/-3 mm (0.31+0.059/-0.12 in), along the entire rear edge. If not, make the following adjustment:









1. Remove the mechanism glass cover Service and Repair.

2. Adjust the moving glass panel (A).

1. Slightly loosen the screws with a TORX T25 bit.

2. Move the moving glass panel up or down.

3. Tighten all screws securely.





3. If necessary, repeat on the opposite side.

4. Reset the panoramic glass roof control unit Testing and Inspection.
