Removal

Remove battery. Refer to: Battery Removal and Replacement




Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Remove the air filter housing. Service and Repair





Warning! Be prepared to collect escaping fluids.

- Torque: Pressure line to power steering pump, 30 Nm

- Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Remove the right front wheel. Refer to: Wheels Service and Repair.









Warning! Be prepared to collect escaping fluids.

Caution! Make sure that all openings are sealed.

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure




Ensure that the delivery line's heat protection hose is routed over the entire protective pipe.

Bleed the power steering system. Refer to: Power steering system, bleeding Service and Repair
