The fault is because the Volvo On Call switches were mistakenly connected to a phone module (PHM) without Volvo On Call functionality.
To check whether the phone module (PHM) in the vehicle is prepared for Volvo On Call functionality, click on the VCT2000 symbol.
Remedy as necessary.
