Bushing inner tie rod, replacing

Special tools:
999 7054 Adapter incl. 2x MC6C M6X12 999 7054 Adapter Incl. 2x MC6C M6X12

Removal

Remove the tie rod
Remove the inner mounting of the tie rod. See Tie rod, replacing Tie Rod, Replacing and fold the tie rod down.

Removing the bushing





Note! Note the position of the bushing before removal.

Install the hydraulic cylinder as illustrated.
Use999 7054 Adapter incl. 2x MC6C M6X12 999 7054 Adapter Incl. 2x MC6C M6X12 with connecting rod999 7034 Connecting rod M12X400 999 7034 Connecting Rod M12X400 , nut:999 7132 Nut M12 999 7132 Nut M12 , socket:999 7049 Sleeve 999 7049 Sleeve and drift:999 7036 Drift 999 7036 Drift.
Pull the bushing out

Installation

Installing the bushing

Note! Pull in the new bushing to the same position as previously noted!

Install the new bushing on the other side of the mounting lug. Pull in the bushing in the same direction as it was pulled out.

Installing tie rod
Install the inner mounting of the tie rod. See Tie rod, replacing Tie Rod, Replacing.
