Radiator, replacing

Removal
Removing the engine cooling fan (FC)
Remove the electric cooling fan. See Engine cooling fan (FC), replacing Service and Repair.
Draining coolant
Block lower hose with lock grip pliers.
Install a hose on the nipple at the radiator.
Feed the hose down to a container.
Open the nipple and drain off the coolant.
Removing the radiator
Remove:
- the evacuation hose from the expansion tank
- the 4 bolts
Remove:
- the 2 mounting bolts
- the radiator.
Installation
Installing the radiator
Lift the radiator. Install the two M8 mounting bolts.
Note! Make sure that the radiator is positioned correctly in the guide pins on top of the unit.
Note! Make sure that no hoses are trapped when installing the radiator.
Install:
- the evacuation hose from the expansion tank
- the 4 x M6 screws.
