Signal too low. Intermittent fault

Check signal cable
Check signal cable between:
- combined instrument panel #A3 and ABS control module #11
- ABS control module #11 and engine control module (ECM) #B13
- engine control module (ECM) #A37 and throttle unit #3
for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Remedy as necessary.
