Replacing Backrest Heater Pad

REPLACING BACKREST HEATER PAD





Fold the backrest backward as far as possible.

Clamps (use cutting flippers) on the outside and on the inside between the upholstery and padding.

Do not cut more clamps than are necessary to replace the heater pad.

Disconnect heater pad connector.

Remove upholstery. Replacing Backrest Upholstery

Pull off heater pad.


Install in reverse order.

Install the new heater pad.

Start securing clamps in the middle of the backrest between the upholstery and padding.

Use special pliers P/N 1158962-9 to secure the clamps.
