Removing

- Remove the rear lid trim panel, Passat Wagon from MY 2006, refer to => [ Rear Lid Trim Panel, Passat Wagon from MY 2006 ] Rear Lid Trim Panel, Passat Wagon from MY 2006.

- Using pliers (3392) , disengage trim - 1 - at the sides out of mounts in lid.

- Pull trim on upper edge out of mounts.






Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.

• Before installing, check metal clips for damage and replace if necessary.
