Hood Locking and Unlocking Components Assembly Overview






1 Hood latch

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Hood Latch and Cable ] Hood Latch and Cable

2 Release cable

• From the hood lock to the cable coupling.

• Clipped into the release cable coupling.

3 Release Coupling

• The cable coupling is located above the driver side headlamp.

4 Release cable

• From the cable coupling to the actuator lever

5 Hood release lever

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Hood Release Lever ] Hood Release Lever

6 Hood catch

• Removing:

- Remove the bolts and remove the hooks.

- Screw tightening torque: 10 Nm.
